On Demand LLC (“On Demand,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website https://ondemandinstantsolar.com** (the “Site”) and provides solar products, installation, and related customer support services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have — including specific disclosures that apply to our SMS text messaging program.

This is the only privacy policy that applies to On Demand LLC and the Site. If you find any other version of this policy published elsewhere, this document controls. –

1. Information We Collect

2. 3. Payment Information and PCI Compliance All credit card and payment transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors. On Demand LLC does not store, process, or retain full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or payment authentication data on its servers. Payment processors may include, but are not limited to, Stripe, PayPal, Square, or Authorize.Net, each of which maintains its own privacy and security policies.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to: – Enable essential Site functionality – Analyze traffic and usage patterns – Measure the effectiveness of our advertising You may disable cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may limit certain features of the Site. We do not use cookies to collect or infer mobile telephone numbers, and cookie data is never combined with SMS consent records for marketing purposes.
5. SMS Text Messaging Program
   1. What the Program Is On Demand LLC operates a **conversational customer care and informational text messaging program**. Messages are limited to: – Replies to questions and technical support requests you send us – Order, shipping, permitting, and installation status updates – Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders – Service, warranty, and safety notifications related to equipment you own or have ordered **We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
   2. How We Obtain Your Consent We send text messages only to individuals who have given prior express consent. We obtain consent through the following methods: – **Web form.** You enter your mobile number on a form at https://ondemandinstantsolar.com and separately check an unchecked box consenting to receive text messages. The consent checkbox is used for SMS only and is never bundled with acceptance of our Terms of Service, this Privacy Policy, or any other agreement. – **Inbound text.** You text our published number first, or text a keyword we have published, to begin a conversation. – **Service agreement or work order.** You provide your mobile number and initial a separate SMS consent line on a written installation or service agreement. **Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.** You can buy our products, schedule an installation, and receive support without agreeing to receive texts. Declining SMS will never prevent you from completing a purchase, creating an account, or using any part of our service. We do not text individuals whose numbers were obtained from purchased lists, lead aggregators, affiliates, or any other third-party source. We retain a record of each consent, including the date, time, and method by which it was given.
   3. Message Frequency Message frequency varies and depends on your activity and the status of your order or support request. In an active support conversation you may receive several messages in a day; at other times you may receive none. On average, customers receive no more than 5 messages per month outside of an active conversation.
   4. Message and Data Rates **Message and data rates may apply** to any message sent to you by us or sent by you to us. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless carrier.
   5.  How to Opt Out You may opt out of text messages from On Demand LLC at any time. Reply to any message from us with any of the following: **STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE** We will send you a single confirmation message and will then stop sending you text messages. You are not required to use these specific words — we will honor any reasonable request to stop, however it is worded. You may also opt out by: – Emailing **support@ondemandinstantsolar.com** – Calling **816-539-6997** – Telling any On Demand representative during a call or appointment We process opt-out requests as soon as practicable and in no case more than ten (10) business days after we receive them. If you opt out and later want to receive messages again, you may re-enroll using any of the consent methods described in Section

   7. Carrier Liability Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
   8. Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years old to consent to receive text messages from us.
   9. Information Sharing and Disclosure **We do not sell, rent, trade, or lease personal information.**
   10. Mobile Information and SMS Consent **We do not share, sell, rent, release, or provide your mobile telephone number, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent data to any third party, affiliate, or lead generator for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.** We share your mobile number and message content only with the licensed messaging platform provider and the wireless carriers that transmit our messages, and only for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you have consented to receive. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your mobile information for their own marketing purposes. No other exception to this rule exists anywhere in this policy.
   11. Other Information For information unrelated to SMS consent and mobile numbers, we may share personal information with: – Payment processors and service providers necessary to complete transactions – Hosting, analytics, and email communication providers – Installers, electricians, and permitting authorities as necessary to complete your installation – Legal authorities when required to comply with law, regulation, subpoena, or legal process – A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets All third parties receiving personal information from us are contractually required to safeguard it and to use it only for the purposes we specify. Mobile opt-in and SMS consent data is excluded from any transfer described in this section other than a transfer to a successor entity that assumes this Privacy Policy in full. —
6. Data Security We implement administrative, technical, and contractual controls designed to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of user data, including access controls, encryption of data in transit, and vendor security requirements. Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention and Deletion We retain personal information only as long as necessary to: – Fulfill the purposes described in this policy – Comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements – Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements We retain SMS consent and opt-out records for at least the period required to demonstrate compliance with applicable telemarketing and consumer protection laws, and in no case less than four years.
